About Larry Tolchinsky – Title Insurance Attorney - Real Estate Lawyer - Serving all of South Florida

Larry Tolchinsky, is a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Economics. Larry achieved his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, an international legal fraternity. Larry is also a licensed real estate agent in Florida.

Since 1994, Larry has achieved a level of success in his Broward County law practice and trust in the community as a title insurance attorney having been featured as a local real estate lawyer. He has issued title insurance for some of the nations largest real estate lending companies, including Bank of America, CitiBank, ChaseManahattan Mortgage Company, SunTrust, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, BankUnited, and WorldSavings. Larry is intimately familiar with real estate issues having owned and operated numerous pieces of commercial real estate as well as representing several large real estate investors in Broward County.

Larry Tolchinsky is married to a college professor, has two children, and is actively involved in local youth sports programs as a head coach for baseball, basketball and flag football.
